15 September 2009New Class: Zumba!
We are so happy to have our new teacher Katie bring a new class to our studio – ZUMBA. If you haven’t already heard of the new phenomenon in dance workouts, here’s a description of the class:
Zumba classes are a fusion of Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow dance moves, the combination of which creates a fun and dynamic fitness program. One-hour classes are calorie-burning, body-energizing sessions. Using both fast and slow rhythms, Zumba classes will tone and sculpt your body in a fun and energizing atmosphere.
